Dermiiz reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Appointments, Consultations & Walk-ins

At Dermiiz Skin and Hair Clinic, prior appointments are completely optional and not mandatory. We warmly provide consultations and treatments for walk-in patients during clinic operating hours.

• Walk-in Patients Welcome: Advance appointments are not mandatory. Patients are welcome to visit our clinic directly for both doctor consultations and dermatological treatments.
• Optional Scheduling: For added convenience, patients may optionally choose to book an appointment in advance via our website, phone, or in person to secure their preferred time slot and minimize wait times.
• Queue & Consultation Flow: Walk-in patients are accommodated efficiently alongside scheduled visits according to clinical priority and arrival order.
• No Cancellation or No-Show Penalties: Because appointments are non-mandatory and flexible, there are no cancellation fees or no-show fee penalties. However, if you have scheduled a time slot and need to change it, advance notice is appreciated so our team can accommodate other patients.
• Schedule Adjustments: Dermiiz reserves the right to adjust consultation times or reschedule in the rare event of unforeseen clinical emergencies or procedural delays.

Medical Information & Consent

All patients are required to provide accurate and complete medical history prior to receiving any treatment. Withholding relevant medical information may compromise the safety and effectiveness of your treatment.

• Patients must disclose all current medications, allergies, skin conditions, and prior treatments.
• Written informed consent will be obtained prior to all clinical procedures.
• Dermiiz reserves the right to decline treatment if it is determined to be unsafe or inappropriate for a patient.
• Treatment outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed; results depend on individual skin conditions and adherence to prescribed care.

Payment & Fees

All consultation fees and treatment costs are payable at the time of service. Dermiiz accepts cash, major debit/credit cards, and UPI payments. Treatment package pricing is subject to change; confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place.
• Prepaid treatment packages are non-transferable between patients.
• Any outstanding balances must be cleared prior to commencing further treatments.
• Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may be updated without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Dermiiz website — including text, graphics, images, logos, and treatment descriptions — is the intellectual property of Dermiiz and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

While Dermiiz takes every precaution to ensure the highest standard of care, we are not liable for any adverse reactions, outcomes, or complications arising from treatments where full medical history was not disclosed or informed consent was not provided.

Governing Law
